    Responsibilities

    Your day-to-day duties will include the following:

    Logistic Operations

    • Overall monitoring of activities and performance of all messengers and ensure that contracted service levels are attained in the logistics at all time
    • Conduct operations meeting with the staff
    • Dispatch messengers for all DBSA sites for reliever and ad-hoc members
    • Conduct investigation on reported incidents and violations
    • Consolidate incident reports from employees and submit validated report to account lead, account officer, operations manager
    • Recommend disciplinary action for any violation committed against company policies and logistics procedures

    Workforce Planning

    • Identify critical and non-critical roles. Implement cross-training.
    • Implement DBSA attendance policy strictly. Monitor staff attendance and coordinate with Site Leads for reliever deployment.

    Administrative task

    • Perform administrative and office support activities for management
    • Consolidate report for submission to main office
    • Ensure that all records, files, and documents related to logistic operations are kept in a secure manner
    • Handle resource/supplies allocation and ensure that resources needed in the logistic is sufficient, utilized and well maintained
    • Consolidate, validate and submit reimbursements, DTR, and the like to main office
    • Prepare and submit validated reports in a timely manner (daily, weekly and monthly)

    Training and Staff development

    • Schedule coaching and one-on-one with staff supervised
    • Proposed staff development/training to be reviewed and approved by DBSA Management
    • May conduct training among staff with the help of account manager and operations/support team

    Ad-hoc Tasks

    • Perform ad-hoc activities that will be assigned from time to time

    We’re looking for a highly motivated Logistics Associate (Project-Based) to oversee day-to-day courier services and ensure that the processing of client requests are done in accordance to company policies and service level agreements.

    Responsibilities

    Your day-to-day duties will include:

    • Ensuring accurate booking of courier documents and parcels bound to international/local destinations
    • Ensuring pick-up of local/international courier documents and parcels from identified pick-up locations by clients during the requested time window
    • Ensuring turn-around time (TAT) for pick-up in remote locations
    • Ensuring turn-around time (TAT) for delivery of documents
    • Facilitating special/bulk pick-up/shipment requests with complete pick-up/destination details and proper costing
    • Recording and consolidating transmittals of incoming and outgoing shipments from clients
    • Providing weekly tracking and status report to clients
    • Validating supplier transmittal invoices and generating cash/check request for payment
    • Preparing costing reports for clients
    • Attending to client inquiries and any concerns within 24 hours upon receipt of the email
    • Reporting any damaged/lost mail within 24 hours and provides incident report within 48 hours

    Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes

This person is responsible for initiating calls with customers by phone, email or messaging to collect payments and settle accounts. This role will follow up on delinquent accounts and update and maintain accurate records on the database.

    Responsibilities
