    We’re looking for an External Messenger for our courier/Transportation Services Client based in Metro Manila to assist our client with mailroom operations 

    As a member of the operations team, you’ll be responsible for handling, sorting, and processing incoming and outgoing documents, supporting day-to-day mailroom activities, and ensuring the accurate and timely flow of documentation in coordination with other departments.

    Responsibilities 

    In this role, you will be responsible for:  

    • Facilitates delivery and pick up of official and business-related mail/items to and from the mailroom, clients, and its customers.  
    • May handle government, bank, registered, and notarial transactions.  
    • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.  
    • Works under immediate supervision.  
    • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. 

    Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes  

    To be successful in this role, you’ll need: 

    • At least a High School Graduate 
    • Physically fit 
    • With a Professional Driver License 
    • With an owned motorcycle 
    • OR/CR and/or Authorized Deed of Sale 
    • Willing to start ASAP
