    We’re looking for a Mailroom Operator for a Global IT Company based in Korea to assist our client in the efficient handling, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

    As a member of the GRE team, you’ll be responsible for managing mail and courier deliveries, sorting and distributing incoming mail, coordinating outgoing shipments, and supporting general office administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities

    In this role, you will be responsible for: 

    • Maintaining accurate records of mail and courier activities.
    • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and  courier deliveries in a timely manner.
    • Supporting general administrative and office support tasks as required.

    Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes

    To be successful in this role, you’ll need: 

    • Tertiary qualifications in Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in mailroom operations, office support, or admin operations.
    • Proven ability to manage mail and courier processes efficiently and accurately.
    • Demonstrated experience in maintaining records and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
    • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

  • Games Merchandising Associate

    • Fully remote if based in Korea
    • Mostly remote if based in Japan, with occasional visits to the Tokyo office.

    We’re looking for a Games Merchandising Associate to support mobile game content and merchandising for the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan markets. You’ll help manage content updates, write and localize copy, and work closely with a global team to ensure the best user experience for players in these regions.

    This position offers the opportunity to work on an outsourced Google project in close collaboration with Googlers.

    Responsibilities

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Support weekly content updates for mobile games, ensuring content is relevant and engaging
    • Manage content calendars and publish digital content on schedule
    • Help program and QA featured placements for games
    • Write and localize campaign and collection copy for the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan audiences
    • Assist in adapting global campaigns and creating regionally relevant seasonal content
    • Research trending mobile games and recommend features
    • Analyze user engagement data to support content strategy
    • Collaborate with international teams across content, marketing, and product

    Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes

    To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

    • 1–3 years of experience in mobile apps, digital content, or games
    • Native-level fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills
    • Familiarity with the gaming and mobile content markets in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan
    • Strong writing and editing skills, especially for local audiences
    • Good organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
    • Comfortable working with mobile devices and digital tools
    • Bachelor’s degree required

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the SCM.
    • Manage SCM’s calendar with the arrangements, including internal and external meetings and calls, etc.
    • Submit all expense reports and receipts on behalf of SCM and the Head of GM Sales Korea.
    • Arrange and coordinate SCM and Senior Front officer’s travel arrangements, such as scheduling, transportation, and accommodation, etc.

    • Organize and update SCM’s files and documents as needed.
    • Organize the flow of work by reviewing and screening correspondence and determining the importance before reporting to SCM.
    • Manage SCM’s ad-hoc projects.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Backup for Facility Manager

    Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes

    To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
    • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university
    • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
    • Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
    • Able to intuitively shift priorities at any given moment with flexibility and adaptability.
    • Inherently focused on creative approaches to solving operational problems efficiently.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
    • Discretion and confidentiality.
    • Preferred 5+ years of PA experience.
